I’m a yoga teacher based in London and Surrey, passionate about making yoga feel accessible, grounding, and genuinely supportive in everyday life. My teaching is rooted in mindful movement and nervous system regulation, helping people slow down, reconnect, and build strength in a sustainable way- on and off the mat.
I am also passionate about supporting athletes and active lifestyles through mindful movement, recovery, and breathwork. Having experienced the benefits of yoga firsthand as a competitive rower, I now help others improve mobility, focus, and resilience- both physically and mentally - through intelligent, supportive practice.
